Mizāj
A classical description of the pattern produced when qualities and components interact.
TemperamentANIMATED CONCEPT STUDY
INSIDE THE CLASSICAL FRAMEWORK

What the term means.

Mizāj is not simply mood or personality. In Unani theory, it describes the resultant qualitative pattern of a person, organ, substance, or state. Classical categories often use warm, cool, moist, and dry in varying combinations and degrees.

THE RELATIONSHIPS

How it connects
to the whole.

  1. 01Temperament emerges from mixture rather than a single trait.
  2. 02Humour names historically became associated with temperament patterns.
  3. 03Daily habits do not prove or medically correct a temperament.

OUR MODERN EDUCATIONAL TRANSLATION

Useful context.
Clear limits.

CoreVital uses temperament as a changeable reflection lens. Results can overlap, and a different result later may reflect season, routine, circumstances, or a different understanding of oneself.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARY

This page explains a historical Unani concept. It is not a diagnostic tool, treatment recommendation, biological measurement, or substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
