Privacy Policy

Effective July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CoreVital Nutraceuticals LLC (“CoreVital Nutra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through CoreVitalNutra.com. It applies to this website and does not govern third-party websites or services with their own policies.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. During pre-launch, we collect the email address you submit to the first-access list and information you voluntarily send in a communication. When commerce and the Core Vital Circle of Wellness open, we may collect contact, billing, shipping, transaction, customer-service, preference, activation, questionnaire, and self-reported wellness information you choose to provide through our service providers.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers may process device, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic or security event information. The Circle of Wellness will not be a medical-record portal. Do not submit medical records, emergency information, diagnoses, or sensitive details that are not requested.

2. Why we use information

We use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; maintain the first-access list; activate and personalize educational Circle content; help participants compare their own voluntary check-ins; send requested company, educational, launch, and marketing communications; respond to inquiries; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and, once sales begin, process and support transactions. We will not use personal information for a materially incompatible purpose without appropriate notice or consent.

3. Email choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the unsubscribe link included in a message or by contacting us. We may retain limited suppression-list information so we can honor the request. Transactional or legally required messages may not offer the same opt-out.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, security, databases, email delivery, analytics, customer support, commerce, payments, fulfillment, and professional advice; to authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer of business assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.

5. Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

We and our providers may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security, preferences, and audience measurement. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser details, referring pages, and interaction events so we can understand site use and improve CoreVital education. We may also measure whether a first-access signup followed an advertising interaction. We do not intentionally send email addresses, questionnaire responses, or health information to Google Analytics. Browser controls and privacy tools may allow you to restrict or clear cookies. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms.

6. Retention

We retain waitlist information while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to document consent and honor suppression requests. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including security, legal, accounting, dispute, and operational requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

7. Security and wellness information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is guaranteed to be completely secure. The Core Vital Circle of Wellness is planned as a consumer wellness education service, not medical care or a patient portal. Depending on how the service is ultimately structured, information voluntarily submitted may not be protected by HIPAA. Other privacy and security laws may apply. We will provide additional notice and consent before collecting Circle of Wellness information. Do not send sensitive medical, financial, identity, or emergency information through ordinary email or an unrequested field.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, you may have rights to know or access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information; opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; and appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

To submit a request, email support@corevitalnutra.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We do not currently sell or share personal information in a manner that requires a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

9. Children

This website is directed to adults and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can evaluate and delete it where required.

10. United States processing

CoreVital Nutra operates in the United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Third-party links and services

Third-party services have their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of services we do not control.

12. Policy updates

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services, or business practices. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice where required.

13. Contact

Privacy questions may be sent to support@corevitalnutra.com. This Policy should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel as the company adds advertising, commerce, payment, fulfillment, and customer-account services.
