These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoreVitalNutra.com and related pages operated by CoreVital Nutraceuticals LLC (“CoreVital Nutra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Pre-launch website
This website currently provides company information, educational content, and an opportunity to join a first-access email list. Product availability, formulation details, pricing, promotions, shipping terms, and policies may change before sales begin. Joining the list does not reserve inventory, guarantee eligibility, create a purchase contract, or promise a particular launch date.
2. Educational information—not medical advice
Website content and any future Core Vital Circle of Wellness questionnaires, wellness scores, temperament education, check-ins, founder notes, suggested habits, or responses are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical monitoring, emergency support, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Although a company founder is a physician, use of the website, purchase of a product, Circle of Wellness participation, or communication with CoreVital does not create a physician-patient relationship. The Circle of Wellness does not promise personal access to Dr. Bute, individualized replies, or real-time review of submitted information. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking care because of CoreVital content. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
3. Dietary supplement statements
Dietary supplements are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Statements about body structure or function describe intended nutritional support and do not guarantee results. Individual responses vary. Before using any supplement, consult an appropriate healthcare professional—especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, take medication, have a health condition, or are preparing for surgery. The final marketed label controls over any website description.
4. No guarantees
We do not promise weight loss, changes in laboratory values, symptom relief, improvement in a wellness score, access to a particular founder, a response to every question, or any particular health, wellness, or financial outcome. Images, illustrations, traditional temperament concepts, educational models, and descriptions may be simplified and are not guarantees of performance. Future reviews and testimonials, if published, will reflect individual experiences and will not establish that every user can expect the same result.
5. Email communications and Circle of Wellness participation
If you join first access or activate the Core Vital Circle of Wellness, you authorize us to send company news, educational content, check-ins, founder communications, launch information, and marketing messages to the address provided. Participation and questionnaires will be optional. You may unsubscribe using the link in a message or by contacting us, although doing so may end or limit the educational journey. You are responsible for providing an address you control. We may remove invalid, abusive, or inactive addresses.
6. Future purchases
When commerce opens, purchases may be subject to additional checkout terms, including pricing, payment, shipping, return, subscription, and refund terms shown at the time of purchase and our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy. We may refuse or cancel orders where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, inventory limits, or resale activity. No purchase is accepted until confirmed by the applicable checkout system.
7. Intellectual property
The CoreVital Nutra name, CoreVital Burn name, site design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, formulations, educational models, and other content are owned by or licensed to CoreVital Nutra and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; collect information about others; impersonate another person; submit false information; use automated systems to burden or extract from the site; or use the website for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
9. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party hosting, analytics, email, payment, commerce, social-media, or other services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreVital Nutra and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or damages arising from reliance on website content, inability to use the site, or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from pre-launch website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoreVital Nutra and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless prohibited by applicable law, disputes shall be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, and you consent to that forum. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
