The 45-Day First-Bottle Money-Back Guarantee is distinct from CoreVital's standard return policy. It is designed for a first-time customer trying one eligible bottle with a 30-day supply and 30 days of included guidance.
It does not promise weight, appetite, glucose, A1C, cholesterol, energy, digestion, metabolism, laboratory, or other health outcomes. Individual experiences vary, and Burn is not medical care.
One eligible first bottle
Available once per first-time Burn customer and household, only on a first single-bottle purchase made directly through an authorized CoreVital checkout. Repeat orders and two- or three-bottle packs are excluded from the 45-day satisfaction guarantee, including the first bottle within a pack.
Purchase price + tax
An approved refund covers the eligible first bottle's purchase price and applicable sales tax, returned to the original payment method.
No product return
You do not need to mail back an opened, used, or empty first bottle to make an eligible guarantee request.
How to request

Your request must reach CoreVital within 45 calendar days after the carrier's confirmed delivery date. You do not need to submit a review, survey, testimonial, body measurement, medical record, or positive or negative statement.

Identify the order
Include your order number and the email address used for the direct CoreVital purchase so support can verify eligibility.
Receive confirmation
Support will confirm eligibility in writing and issue an approved refund to the original payment method. Bank posting time may vary.

What is handled separately.
Repeat orders and multi-bottle packs are not covered by this satisfaction guarantee. Eligible unopened returns remain subject to the standard return policy. Orders placed before these updated terms are published retain the guarantee terms presented at purchase. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Original, expedited, and return shipping charges are not included unless required by law or CoreVital made the fulfillment error. Eligible unopened products, including unopened multi-bottle packs, damaged or incorrect shipments, and all other products follow the standard Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy. Duplicate, reseller, fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated requests may be denied, subject to non-waivable consumer rights.
Follow the marketed label. You do not need to continue using Burn if it causes concern, a clinician or pharmacist advises you to stop, or the safety seal was broken or questionable on arrival. This operational policy should remain aligned with the final checkout terms and applicable law.
