Founding 100 Burn Review Program
Effective August 10, 2026
These terms apply to the CoreVital Founding 100 Burn Review Program operated by CoreVital Nutraceuticals LLC (“CoreVital”). By applying, you agree to these program terms and the CoreVital Site Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and availability
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid shipping address in an eligible United States location. The program is limited to up to 100 confirmed participants while supplies last. Eligible completed applications are considered in submission order, but submitting an application does not guarantee participation or a bottle.
2. One complimentary bottle
Each confirmed participant may receive one complimentary 60-capsule, 30-day bottle of CoreVital Burn with standard eligible U.S. shipping included. No purchase or payment is required. Limit one application and one bottle per person and household unless CoreVital approves an exception. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or ineligible entries may be rejected.
3. Honest feedback only
Participants may be invited to share candid feedback after trying Burn. A positive review, favorable rating, public post, or particular outcome is never required. Feedback may be positive, negative, mixed, or declined. CoreVital may request permission before publishing identifiable feedback.
4. Required disclosure
If a participant publishes a review, endorsement, social post, video, or other public statement about Burn, the participant must clearly and conspicuously disclose that CoreVital provided the product free. CoreVital may ask for correction of a missing or unclear disclosure.
5. Product and health boundaries
Burn is a dietary supplement, not a drug or medical treatment. Participation does not create a physician-patient relationship. No health, weight, laboratory, or other result is promised. Participants should follow the marketed label and consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a health condition, or preparing for surgery.
6. Administration, privacy, and shipping
The application collects contact and eligibility information. Only confirmed participants are asked for a full shipping address through private follow-up. Program-administration messages are necessary to administer participation and are separate from optional marketing consent. Bottles are expected to begin shipping on or after August 29, 2026; timing is not guaranteed and may be affected by inventory, carrier, address, or operational delays.
7. Program integrity
CoreVital may verify eligibility, exclude suspected fraud or abuse, pause or modify the program for security or operational reasons, or end the program if supplies are exhausted or circumstances outside its reasonable control require it. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
